Where do Parfum Cirque Du Soleil ship?
We ship globally, with the exception of warzone territories and North Korea.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?
Yes, provided your order has not been processed. Please provide us with your order number and the updated address ASAP. We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed.

Can I still change the shipping address if my order has been shipped
Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you if the order has already been shipped. You will need to contact the shipping service directly and reroute your package using the tracking number provided.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from the day they are received (M-F). Orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the next business day. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

How do I track my package?
Use the tracking number, which you’ll receive in a confirmation email, to track your package.

I have not received my order confirmation, did my order go through?
Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. We can definitely check on your behalf.

I am an international customer; do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Items shipped outside of the United States and Canada are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. The countries that require duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous fees are to be paid at the time of delivery.

Are Parfum Cirque Du Soleil products sold at any other retailers?
At this time, Parfum Cirque Du Soleil products are sold exclusively here.

Is there a limit to how much I can buy?
Some items may have limits, due to the exclusivity of our products.

Can I reserve items by adding them to my cart?
Holding items in your cart does NOT reserve them. Product availability is extremely limited and may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are processed in the order they are received.

We encourage you to wear whichever fragrance reflects your personal taste.

We recommend spraying at least once on your pulse points: on your wrists and neck.

How long should the fragrances last?
Our products are long-lasting! They will last throughout the day or night. For best results, we recommend spraying a few times on your wrists and neck.

Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. Our products are cruelty-free.

What is Parfum Cirque Du Soleil’ return policy?
All sales are considered FINAL and are not eligible for returns or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time. Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information, and fragrance selection is correct; we are not responsible for an incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. Thank you.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received the wrong item, or if the item arrived damaged, please send us photos if available and we’d be happy to look into a swift resolution for you.

PRE-ORDERS

How do Pre-Orders work?
Your payment will be processed when you pre-order an item. As soon as the product gets to our warehouse, we’ll ship it to you. You’ll then receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
